Areas Served
The Eastside, Las Campanas, Eldorado, Rancho Viejo, the Railyard and Los Alamos.
Santa Fe County
Six areas, each with its own buyer, its own pricing logic and its own reasons to be patient. Below is the short version. The longer version is a phone call.

01
Adobe walls, narrow lanes and walking distance to the Plaza and Canyon Road.
The Eastside is the oldest and most protected part of the city, where the historic districts govern what can be changed and buyers are paying for walkability, portals, courtyards and mature cottonwoods. Lot lines are irregular, additions need review, and no two houses on the same lane price the same way.

02
Gated golf and equestrian living on the northwest ridges, with long Jemez views.
Las Campanas sits northwest of the city on high ground with Jemez and Sangre de Cristo views, two golf courses and an equestrian center. Buyers here compare view corridors, build quality and the club structure, and the difference between a ridge lot and one below it shows up directly in the price.

03
Passive solar homes on high desert acreage, fifteen minutes southeast of town.
Eldorado is acreage living with a community water system, a strong passive solar tradition and a quick commute in on US 285. Wells, shared drives, covenants and how a house is actually heated are the questions that matter, and they are all readable before you write an offer.

04
Planned neighborhoods, newer construction and a straightforward commute.
Rancho Viejo is the practical newer choice south of town: planned villages, homes built in the last twenty five years, sidewalks and trails, and an easy drive to the community college district and the state offices. It is where buyers who want a newer home in Santa Fe usually look first.

05
Lofts, condominiums and in town living beside the galleries.
The Railyard and Guadalupe district trades on being able to leave the car parked. Condominiums and lofts sit beside the farmers market, the galleries and the rail line to Albuquerque. Association budgets, parking and short term rental rules are the first three things to read.

06
Mesa top housing with a steady lab driven relocation market.
Los Alamos runs on the laboratory. Housing is limited, well kept and priced around a workforce that arrives and leaves on contract cycles, which keeps the rental market steady. Donna has closed on both sides here, and mesa geography means the view and the drive change street by street.
